When it’s time for support

The business is moving.
Everything feels connected.

A process problem can become a people problem. An unclear priority can slow an entire project. I help you see how the pieces fit—and decide where to begin.

  1. Too much comes back to you.

Decisions, follow-ups, and loose ends keep landing on your desk. You need clearer ownership and a team that knows what comes next.

  2. The process hasn’t kept up.

What worked when the business was smaller now creates extra steps, missed handoffs, or inconsistent results.

  3. Important work keeps waiting.

You know what needs attention. Finding the time, structure, and follow-through to move it forward is the harder part.

The right level of involvement

Two ways
to work together.

Some businesses need a consistent leadership partner. Others need experienced help with a specific challenge. We’ll shape the engagement around the work.

02 / A defined project

Operations
Consulting

Focused help with a process, project, or operational challenge—with a clear scope and practical work you can put to use.

  • Review a workflow and identify where work gets stuck
  • Create usable procedures and clarify handoffs
  • Support a system rollout or improvement initiative
  • Build a plan, tools, and guidance for implementation

A fit when: you have a specific priority that needs structure, expertise, and a path forward.

Talk through a project

Scope, responsibilities, timing, and investment are agreed before work begins.

From a challenge to something useful

What the work
can look like.

Choose a starting point below. These are examples of possible engagements; the right deliverables depend on your business.

Make the work easier to follow

Less guesswork.
Clearer handoffs.

When a process lives in people’s heads, work can slow down every time someone is unavailable or a new person joins the team.

We can map what happens today, identify the points of friction, and create a more consistent way forward.

Possible deliverables

  1. A map of the current workflow

A shared view of the steps, decisions, and handoffs.

  2. Practical operating procedures

Clear instructions and responsibilities your team can use.

  3. An implementation plan

Prioritized changes, owners, and next steps.

Give priorities a place in the week

Know what matters.
Know who owns it.

A busy team can still be unclear on what deserves attention, who is responsible, or what progress looks like.

We can create a simple rhythm for reviewing priorities, surfacing issues, and following through on decisions.

Possible deliverables

  1. A focused operating scorecard

A useful set of measures tied to your priorities.

  2. Clear roles and decision ownership

A shared understanding of who leads, supports, and decides.

  3. A practical meeting cadence

Agendas and follow-up tools that keep the work visible.

Move from an idea to implementation

A clear plan.
Someone keeping it moving.

A new system, process, or initiative can lose momentum when people are balancing implementation with their everyday responsibilities.

We can define the work, coordinate the moving parts, and help the team prepare for what changes.

Possible deliverables

  1. A project roadmap

Milestones, dependencies, owners, and decisions to make.

  2. A communication and rollout plan

Practical preparation for the people doing the work.

  3. A handoff and follow-up plan

Documentation and a way to review how the change is working.

Practical from the beginning

Start with the business
you actually have.

I bring more than 20 years of operations and leadership experience, including serving as Vice President of Operations at Sysco Cleveland.

That experience shapes how I work: understand the context, keep people in view, and build something the team can actually use.

  1. 01 / Understand

    See the whole picture.

We talk through what’s happening, what you’ve tried, and where the work is getting stuck.

  2. 02 / Define

    Choose a clear scope.

We agree on the priorities, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, and investment.

  3. 03 / Put into practice

    Make progress visible.

We work through the plan, review what’s changing, and build in the follow-through the engagement needs.

Before we connect

A little more
clarity.

Do I need to know exactly what’s wrong?

No. Share what you’re noticing—missed handoffs, competing priorities, work that keeps returning to you, or a project that isn’t moving. We can use that as the starting point.

How are engagements priced?

Fractional leadership and consulting are scoped individually. The investment depends on the work, level of involvement, and timing. We’ll agree on the scope and cost before any paid work begins.

Can we work together remotely?

Yes. I’m based in the Cleveland area and work with clients remotely. If your project may need in-person involvement, include that in your inquiry so we can discuss what’s practical.

Can I start with one conversation?

Yes. You can send an inquiry to discuss fit, or book a focused 60-minute strategy session for $150 to work through one specific challenge. Book a strategy session.

You don’t need
a finished plan.

Tell me what’s happening in your business and where you could use support. We’ll start there.
